Every Woman is the Holistic Core Restore® foundation 6 week programme in Hertford and North Finchley that EVERY WOMAN should do at least once in her lifetime!  Enjoy six weeks of education  dedicated to supporting your Pelvic Health, core, nutrition and women’s fitness and wellness at what ever stage of life you are in.

This isn’t your average Pelvic Floor exercise class, and is virtually adaptable for women through all phases of life and designed to bring you back into your amazing body with your core and pelvic floor at the centre. It’s been such a success for 3 years and helped transform the lives of thousands of women across the country and I am very excited to bring this to Hertford!

“After working as a massage therapist and being an expert in pregnancy and postnatal massage in my area I knew I wanted to help more women and understood the importance of the core pelvic floor and good nutrition in order to help women move and feel great for good.

Working with women in all phases of life is what I am truly passionate about. I love seeing women understand their body better, achieve health goals they never thought possible and I am excited to be bringing the Holistic Core Restore® programme to Hertford!”

How does the programme work?

  • On application to join the programme, I will ask you to complete a Holistic Core Restore® pre-screen to see if the programme is right for you.
  • I then meet with you to go through the pre-screen and check your core function to make sure that the programme can be tailored to your needs.
  • At your first session you’ll receive your HCR education booklet and all of the fitness kit you need to complete the homework exercises on the course.
  • You will also receive login details via email allowing you access to additional filmed homework exercises, healing education and nutrition and recipe booklet.
  • The programme runs for 6 weeks and we meet once a week during this period. Additionally, you will be asked to complete your 10 minute homework exercise programme 4-5 times during the week. The homework exercises are progressed over the course of the 6 weeks, so as your strength and co-ordination improves, you become more challenged.
  • I make very regular contact with you throughout the course to ensure you understand what you need to do and are actually doing the work.

You will receive full support to ensure that you have the best opportunity to get the results you want!

Why does the programme get results?

The ‘squeeze and lift’ exercises also known as Kegels, simply aren’t the whole story to improving your pelvic health.  Your Pelvic Floor and Core muscles don’t exist in isolation and  we need to re-introduce it to the rest of your body and get it to do its job in time with your breath and movement and whilst your not necessarily ‘thinking’ about it as well……just like it used to do before you had babies or before you reached the Menopause.

This programme takes into account both CONSCIOUS Pelvic Floor and and Core work and UNCONSCIOUS work too through movement timed with your breath.  It’s kind of the ‘belt and braces’ approach and ultimately…..it’s effective in 6 weeks, it’s time efficient and thousands of successful and happy women testify that IT GETS RESULTS!
