Refund Policy

      1. Thank you for choosing to learn with us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your course or event purchase, we’re here to help.   If you have paid for a course/event and you have not been able to attend with good reason AND you have informed us in good time, you are entitled to a full refund of your payment.

     

      1. We will firstly ask you to defer your attendance and attach the amount paid to a later course or event.

     

      1. If you are unhappy with any course/event or can no longer complete a course in which there is an online component which you have already accessed in part or in full, there is a NO REFUND policy but your payment (if you are paying by instalments) will be halted and discontinued.  You may do this at anytime but will lose all access to the membership site content.
